In a facility built especially for one of the community’s most popular events, descendants of German, Portuguese and Italian settlers treat visitors and locals to the unique and delicious flavor of their culinary traditions and typical foods, along with much festivity and fun-filled cultural presentations. The festival helps maintain the identity of local farmers, preserving inherited customs and habits and bringing tourist and local producers together.
