Sainte's Way
On December 8, 1937, at the site of the Grotto, a small truck carrying young "Teresianas", devotees of Santa Teresinha, collapsed from this road. As there were no injuries, this cave was built as a thank you. Masons manually excavated the Grotto in the basalt, giving it the shape it has today, where the congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the "Teresianas" placed the image of Santa Teresinha.
Thus, the devotion to the Saint emerged, and the old road of drovers came to be known as "Estrada da Santinha". From today, after the complete restoration, the grotto receives an image and the community starts to enjoy the Municipal Park "Caminho da Santinha", uniting faith, history, environmental preservation and leisure.
Caminho da Santinha Municipal Park is located on Rua Emílio Leobet.
Sanctuary of Caravaggio (Grotto 28)
The sanctuary was reopened at the end of 2013 and adopted by the Associação da Igreja e Sociedade São Valentin, which, with the support of the local community, carried out the renovation of the grotto, reconstruction of the floor and wall, implementation of a railing and the landscaping of the space. The reopening ceremony was attended by representatives of families that colonized Line 28, municipal authorities and also the most famous caravaggio devotee in the country, the coach of the Brazilian Football Team, Luiz Felipe Scolari, who was accompanied by his wife Olga. Felipão was invited to participate in the act because he had a residence close to the sanctuary and because of his belief in the saint. "Everyone knows that I am a devotee of Caravaggio. I want to help the community to preserve this place and I participate in this reopening with great affection, as this sanctuary is very close to my house and I can come walking". said Felipe.

Chapel of the Risen Christ at Hotel Serrano
In order to offer the community and guests a religious space at the resort, Serrano Resort Convenções & Spa inaugurated the Chapel, which is open to the public, on December 14, 2007. With a capacity for 60 people seated, the chapel was built in the middle of the woods in the leisure area. The 14 stained glass windows that portray Vila Sacra de Jesus Cristo were personalized and bear the signature of Adoaldo Lenzi, author of hundreds of works throughout the country and abroad. The sculpture placed outside, at the back of the chapel, in which the image is a reproduction of "Christus", by the Danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844), and the painting depicting an open sky on the ceiling of the chapel, are works by the plastic artist Marciano Schmitz. The Serrano Resort chapel meets the religious norms for the celebration of masses, weddings, baptisms and other occasions.
